There's something I don't understand about PScheck... it disables frequency management? Because I wanted to add Pstates to my phenom 9750 so it could lower it's frequency lower than 1200 by default but since PScheck disables power management it sticks the frequency determined by the software. Any ways to bypass this?

You can add pstates and manually set those added pstates with pscheck, however you cannot add pstates and have those pstates set automatically - to my knowledge.

However, I mainly used pscheck to set states manually, and I haven't tried using it in the way you are so I could be wrong.
