i7 3770k 100 percent usage problem.

I have come across the issue when I load ceratin programs, for example 3D mark vantage, or try to load battlefield 3, my cpu usage will jump to 100 percent and my ram usage will be maxed out also, so the entire computer will lag and I'm forced to do a hard reset.

Please list out all of your hardware in detail.

Check task manager to see which program is using up everything. Might be a bad install of something or a conflict with another program.
