This is a stupid newbie question, enjoy but when you stop giggling please answer.
I have a setting in my bios for the cpu/memory bus like 100/100, 133/133, etc except the differences are closer. I know it "belongs" on 133/133 but that's about it.
That's the frontside bus right? If so, when I change those settings will other components be affected, like hard drive and PCI devices? I keep reading about "PCI divider" but the authors all seem to think I know what they're talking about. Even the ones that slow down and explain parts of it go way over my head (and then usually end with "if this is over your head, you aren't ready to try overclocking").
