Have new board (Soltek SL-75DRV5) need new memory. What?

I just ordered a Soltek SL-75DRV5 with an AMD 1600 XP retail chip.

I'd like to keep my memory price below $100 shipped, so can anyone suggest a 256MB chip that is a good value for the money?
