Which motherboard using the sis 645 chipset performs the best?

MSI 645 ultra
Soyo dragon ultra
Asus p4s333

Or is there anything else that is better?

I'm running the Epox EP-4SDA+ and it is really stable. The board has built-in RAID via a Highpoint chip and delivered was just under $110.00. I think you can pick up the non-RAID board for about $90.00 delivered.

I bought it just to see if the SiS 645 was anything to brag about, and am I impressed! The 1.8A is at 2.12 at default voltage and with the retail HSF. After I install the Alpha 8942, I'll really give that core a workout.

from everything i've seen and read the asus p4b266 looks promising(based on the i845) i've seen it sustain speeds of 172mhz fsb, i'll personally find out how far it can go in about a week or two with some pc3000 ddr and a 1.6a northwood
