post hang at 00

i have a p4 1.6a oc to 1.8 with bios 38.. and a th7-ii mobo it was working fine until today. i went out and when i came home i tried to turn on the computer it doesn't beep and the post code shows 00. i tried to remove all of the parts and put them back it it is not working. can some1 help please or experience the same problem.

whew i found out the problem.. my little sister jamed the reset button all the way in that is why i keep on getting post code 00... whewwww
