CPU fan header not working on TH7II

My CPU fan header is not working anymore on the TH7II motherboard, it stopped working after i connected a 92mm fan to it and didn't work since for any fan, so i'm using the case fan header for the CPU fan.

Is there anyway i can fix this or does it sound like the case fan header is short circuited and will not work anymore. I need this as i want to connect another case fan.

Putting a 92mm fan on it probably cooked the header, so it'll never work again.

Wow, which header is blown? It's not clear after reading your entire post. My TH7II won't even post unless there is some fan plugged into the CPU fan connector.

how many amps does that FAN draw? (92mm)
or the wattage if you know that.
