20130708_152844_zps1b7f3f6d.jpg

when checking CAPs
this one moves a little bit and when I moved it stopped the beeps
so im thinking this one is bad
its the one with the black mark next to the Green IDE
so what do I order?

Noter its the one marked A862 100 16v

lol I was waiting for you :p thx
btw I want to start to leanr how to pick out my own Caps so I don't have to bug you any tips?

The markings are the place to start, almost any time you see "2.5v" it's 2.5 volts. Other standards are 4v, 6.3v, and 16v.
The line above that is typically capacity, though not always.
Beyond that you have to look at it and guess the package size.

Mostly, practice. That's how I learned :D
