How does this convert into the memory bandwidth? I'm thinking about video card memory overclocking...

Like 4ns is rated up to 500Mhz(DDR) or so, right? What about 3.8ns? 3.6ns? 3.3ns?

Divide one by access time = clock speed

1/4e-9 = 250e6 (250MHz x2 for DDR)

Do the same for the other speeds and you get
526, 555, 606
