I can get a good deal on CAS 3 PC133 generic ram (7ns), so do I really need CAS 2 PC133 major brand for stability if I want to do overclocking (ie. my Celeron 400 overclocked to 600mHz)? (We're probably talking about boosting the FSB from 66mhz to 100mHz).

Well i'm sorry but i don't think that u'll manage to push that old Mendocino that high(100FSB)...The other thing is that generic RAM is not good 4 overclockin either...in most cases the best ocer is the brand name RAM..Micron,Crucial,Kingmax etc.
