PC150 sdram

So, a dinosaur here...
As you all are discussing the fine points of rdram and ddr, I have a question about good old sdram...
Does anyone know if I can use PC150 ram on my KA7? If so, I am wondering where I could find some Kingmax TinyBGA ram these days...
