TH7 II and C1 Error Code

Anybody experienced this error before or have any suggested fixes?

Abit th7 II
512 MB Samsung 16 device ram
Radeon 8500

Have mobo out of case and only hooked up:
CPU fan to cpu header
Ram
Mouse
Keyboard
PS

Try to boot using the onboard power button and the only thing that happens is the bios-post on board the mobo.

Goes C1 > AE or F > then hangs at C1.

Have cleared CMOS, reseated ram and reseated video card.

No luck at all.

C1 is detecting memory. You did not say if you had two or one stick of rram you need two sticks of the same mem and the other two filled with crimms.

2 sticks of 256 MB

2 crimms in unused slots
