Intel's Audio 97 & Lan built-in features?

I've been reading about the Intel D850MV board, which comes with built-in audio 97 & Lan capabilities. Here is the thing -- I can't find any reviews on the web talking about these features, and whether they work as a good alternative to buying seperate cards. Do any of you guys know anything about these technologies and whether or not they are a good subs for buying seperate cards. I am trying to put together a new computer, and I was thinking that this might be a nice money-saving feature for me (as well as an upgrade, seeing as my old sound card is nearly 6 years old).
