i raised fsb up to 150 and comp restarted after about 10 min, would it be the mem cutting me off? my temps stay stable and winxp did not run scandisk on bad restart. i managed to get this before it restarted

It could be the ram. I have a stick of the same stuff you have in my other comp. Once I try to go higher than 150 it just resets. It still overclocks good for value ram and when my system resets it never starts scandisk. I think Win xp doesnt have to do that because of the different file system. I could be wrong but I run it manually and have found nothing wrong each time mine resets and I have reset my comp more than once messing with mem settings and fsb speeds.
