If you mean mixing the RAM together then no it won't....errrrrr, we are talking about computers so I'll say no, it shouldn't. :)

Nah, you should be just fine mixing brands.
 
it didn't affect it for me...i have a 128MB Crucial and 512MB of Kingston ValuRam...no problems here...
