Is there going to be a PC166 specification SDRAM, or is PC150 the highest??

IS there ever gonna be a PC166 specification for SDRAM, or is PC150 the last of them(at least I think PC150 is a specification).
Or have they decided to just focus on DDR and RDRAM?
 
The last specification made finalized was PC133, PC150 is not a standard and companies only produced it for the reason that people with SDR chipsets could use 150MHz+ FSB speeds.

SDR is finished, Micron PC133 CL2 64MB~512MB are the best samples of PC133

DDR on the otherhand is starting to spread bigger and bigger, With DDR200 right up to DDR400!
