what are the most aggresive mem timings you can get?

in the memory sections of the bios, what is the most aggresive settings (cas 2 etc) you can use for the most speed? i have a 8k3a+ (kt333) and 512mb mushkin 2100.

Low numbers = usually better

Cas 2-2-2 I think is the best you can get, there is also a fourth timing but I can't remember it.

Look at the top of the thread and you will see a topic of all these things explained.
