My brother is trying to build a cheap non-overclocking. He's thinking about the Dane-Elec DDR 128MB 16X64 PC-2100 RAM - OEM listed on newegg. It is good? It actually says CL=2! The product image shows Nanya chips, but who knows if they put the same kind of chips on all the sticks...

If its not going to be overclocked it will be fine. I actually just happened to order some of that stuff for one of the systems I built. I belive its also rated at cas2 which is good.
