The third gold contact from the right ripped off when I tried to take out my RAM!

The RAM still runs at 256MB, but my PC will restart randomly with it in there now, so I have to RMA it:(

I was just wondering if this had happened to anyone else?

I am having all sorts of RAM trouble lately:(

My 256MB Kingston SDRAM only reads at 128MB all of a sudden, but it still works!

My 64MB Kingston SDRAM is fried!

My 256MB Crucial DDR in the pic above is causing lockups and random reboots!

Good thing they all have lifetime warranties:)

Did you ever find the small piece that ripped off your DDR?? If you didn't, it could still be in your mem slot wreaking havoc:eek:

Maybe that msi is the problem....seeing how it's giving a problem to multiple sticks.
