what is a good overclocking p4 motherboard

i am looking for a good motehrboard to overclock with (plz air cooling only no H20 cooling) the motherboard must have a pci and agp fix, which locks the buffers on them.

Go for a Gigabyte 8srx with DDR memory.Fixed agp and pci values and lots of more.
