what can I do to my 256m ddr to help me stablize my sys?

I have an AMD Duron 1.1 with a Gigabyte GA-7DX+ mobo. I have worked with my vcore, fsb is at 114 and WILL NOT GO HIGHER, ram voltage.........and this is when I run out of know how. I know I can go farther if I change my ram timing but I dont know what I should change it to. please help. as of now it has only allowed me to go150 mhz over

Higher numbers are slower timings in every case that I can think of at the moment.
