Those are really low for the Kt266a and such good ram.

my crucial 2100 gives me a 1847 1864 with these timings.

8,8,6,2,2,2,2 is this aggresive timing? i have added .4v to the memory and i cannot got as high as 150 w/o memory dump. im wondering if my ram being ecc has anything to do with it. please help me get my fsb higher and stable. thanks,

ECC is slower than normal ram because it checks for errors and can also correct some so thats probably your problem. Your timings are aggresive and if you set aggresive timings with ecc you will not get very far. But I'm pretty sure because its ECC you can't get to 150 fsb stable. Try relaxing the timings this may help but you may want to buy new ram if you are planning on really overclocking.
