Chaintech 6vjd2

This is my first time doing anything major to my computer (changing out the heart of my computer). I like the Chaintech 6vjd2 motherboard, and its capabilities. I want to switch out the old dell board and mount my PII 400 processor on this board. Is this a good board? Any information would be a great help. (I lose my isp tomarrow and there is no other one in this small little community, so I might be a while in reading/responding to your message)
