How to make ram heatsinks?????

ok i have 2 sticks of crucial 256meg DDR . and my comp at work the stock celeron hsf died and i got a new one for it, so now i have the stock hs for a paperweight, what would be a good way to go about mounting the hs (after a bit of modification to it) to the ram stick????

Cut it into pieces, each the size of a ram chip. Lap, and apply with a 50/50 mixture of Arctic Alumina and Arctic Alumina Adhesive.

If you don't want to spend $20 on AS Alumina and another $7 on ASII, you can do what I did here.
