Hello!

I have been looking for information if it is possible to modify a Asus S370-L slotket to an Asus S370-DL in order to be able to run two PIII Coppermines in a Asus P2B-DS mobo.
According to http://www.asuscom.de/support/techmain/FAQ/mobo_cpu/faq089_S370_SLOT_I.htm
S370-DL would have the wanted characterictics.
I have based the minimod on info from http://www.positivelypaul.com/outlaw98/piiifcpga.html .
I tried to connect the slot B75 to the BR1 on X2 and connected that to AN15 via 100ohms but the second CPU is not recognised
Am I missing something?

The Coppermines are two 700 Mhz with stepping 6 8 3
I do not have the Mobo details handy but is an earlier version (with the "ACPI resistor" in the wrong place)

Since many links point at this forum but I could not find anything in the previuos I dare to raise this question

regards

Ingemar
