This is withouit a doubt the weirdest memory I have ever owned. I can run rock solid stable @ 210mhz all day long on my asus p4s533 @ 2.7V. However, when I up the voltage to 2.9V and leave all settings the same I lose the sability. That is just strange. Otherwise it flies. Sandra mem scores of 3076/3075 so I'll take it :).

It's normal for that to happen. Same with overvolting the thing. If you add too much voltage errors will occur. Like my Kingmax I can run it at this speed fine at 2.75v (2.85v for a burn in), but when I up it higher I get errors.

You need to "burn in" the Smasung PC2700. By that, I mean gradually increase the voltage and do some loading and slowly get the voltage.

This way you will get the best out of your Samsung PC2700. You can go to VR-Zone's 4/15 review to see why it need to be done this way.

I did it and it work pretty solid for me. The highest Voltage I set was 3.1V. However, I would suggest 3.0V as limit.

Is your your 210 ran at setting at "normal"? I would suggest lower down the FSB a little and ran @ 2-2-2-5-1 setting. With that setting, your machine will run much more effcient and faster than @ "normal" setting with 210 FSB.

I found mine reached 201 with 2-2-2-5-1 and it is faster than when I set at "normal" and set FSB at 215.

Unfortunately the ram is tied to the processor fsb on the p4s533. I have the processor @ 140mhz and the ram set to a 4:6 ratio. Hence I cannot lower the fsb without sacrificing processor spped :(.

Hysteria, I need some info from you.
Is the ram single or double sided?(are there chips on 1 side or both?)
Where did you get it at?
what are the timings on it?

It's a 512mb stick so it's double sided. I am a bit disappointed in the overall results @200mhz @spd but I'll survive :). I bought it @ newegg. Unless you have really bad ram I'd wait a month or two till some good pc3200 cas2 comes around.
