Vcore too low?

hardware: Th7ii with 1.6A

at default speeds, sandra and hardware doc say that my vcore is at 1.39V.

Is that even right? Isn't the cpu supposed to run at 1.5V?

Or is the motherboard reading it all wrong?

All of the TH7-II mobos tend to have lower actual vcore than the BIOS setting. Yours sounds about like mine. As long as it is stable, you'll be ok. If you're truly worried about it or if it's not completely stable, make sure your temps are good and then bump up the voltage a notch or two.
