cas 2.0 best, but where to buy?

I've been told that cas 2.0 is better than 2.5 or 3.0 but I am having trouble finding 2.0 that is PC 2700 or higher. Do they make 2.0 in ddr 2700 or higher, or should i just get the 2.5 cas that I have been finding. I am thinking of samsung but you have to burn it in and im not sure how to do it and how long it will take.
Any info would be appreciated, with links on where to buy.

Simply Samsung because it is one of the best memory to go for now. It hits very high speeds (Lots are getting 190-200)... You only have to burn in if you want to be running at high voltages. It shouldn't take long at all. A week should do it.

are u suing SDRAM , cuase i currently do not know of ANY DDR that sells as cas 2, it is all rated at cas2.5 but can be set to cas 2 in bios.

I know 1 Corsair had PC2400 CL2.

sorry, to get the 99$ price you need to go through pricewatch.
i guess that is USD. i dont know if google gear ships to canada
but here is the ram for 88$ USD, i dunno how much that is
in canadian.

well im not canadian so guess usd is good

i will go to pricewatch and find the pc 2700 cas 2 and hope it will work in my ASUS P4S533 that im getting. Im sure it will though. Now all I have to do is get my 1.6a chip.

what fsb will it get

i wonder what the highest fsb someone has got from this xms pc 2700. Hope i can hit 150-200

I'm 100% you'll hit PC2700 speeds of CAS2. Anything above 175+ will probably be CAS2.5.
