hi guys i have a koolance case with the new cpu 200 water block

and im havin trouble oc i can get 2.3 from my 1.6northwood but it wont budge over that temps are ok i think when booting i get 31c for cpu and 29c for chipset i know that is idle but the temp reading on the case is 27 and does not go up over 29 this is water temp i know which is about 5c cooler than core normally

i have mbm5 but not sure on settings for temp readings cpu and chipset which settings do i use?

also what voltage can i go up to i was at default +200 in the bios
