What Mobo for 1.6a nortwood???

ok, im building a new machine and ive decided to go with the intel pentium 4 1.6a processor. i need some advice regarding which motherboards are compatible. asus are up at the top.... dont know whether rambus or ddr? ive been leaning towards rambus ram cos i own another computer who may let it borrow a bit... but ddr seems almost just as good....any suggestions?

Both types of mobo's are very good.

DDR 333 and RDRAM PC-800 are very close in performance.

Get something like Abit or Asus.

DDR w/ SiS645DX is as good as PC800 RDRAM.
I would recommend ASUS P4S533.
It has a lot of good reviews.
