RAM for CUSL2-C mobo

Can anyone give me some suggestions for a good ram upgrade to go with my ASUS CUSL2-C mobo And P3 800EB. Right now I'm running with 320 mb of generic pc133 i got with my old Gateway and I think its holding me back. Ican get up to about 150mhz fsb but my system is kinda unstable. Often when I close programs I get failure to write to memory errrors and sometimes it will just reboot all onits own.

Or do some research for Tonicom PC166.

It should get you to a higher FSB
