P4 2.2 Asus P4TE Samsung PC800 mem. As soon as I up the fsb past 115 I get bsod with page file error. Is this mem problem. Do I need to change mem to 3x. Do I need to increasse vcore voltage. Any help would be great to get passed this speed.

I'm not farmiliar with RDRam, but that's definitely a memory error. Try a different divider. But if possible before that if you can add voltage to it.

i dont know if this is the same thing im getting, if i go higher than 140fsb i get a bluescreen talking about not enough physical memory or something about page file, im going to try to increase the vcore to see if that helps, but what is this stuff about dividers and ratios for ram? im new at the jargon of ram.
