I have had that happen before, i think it was when my hard drive was like 90% full. I dont know the exact cause. how big and how full is your hard drive and when was the last time you ran disk defragmenter?

this is kinda off topic..why to people use print screen programs? why cant people just press "Print Screen" or ALT+Print Screen?
