Is Crucial PC2700 DDR just overclocked PC2100

I'm considering a 256,b stick of crucial pc2700 but have not read any reviews on it yet.
Is it true pc2700 or just overclocked pc2100 crucial chips?

To be honest, I think it's true. I mean not many PC2700 hit 190fsbs @ CAS2. They took along time to get on the market, so there's another hint I'm guessing.

Don't take my word for it, but all I know is that it doesn't seem fake at all.
