Does anyone know how to make a bootable CDR using nero? I killed my floppy drive and need a boot disk, so Im trying to use the CDR. Any help would be appriciated.

If your floppy is dead then you may have to download a boot disk image and hopefully nero will accept that.
I don't know of any sites off hand that has boot disk images but I'm sure google or some other members will come up with something.
Ps. If you have ghost it will do one I believe.

here this is what i use and it works great..
win2k boot (http://www.nu2.nu/bootcd/#w2k)
XP Boot (http://www.nu2.nu/bootcd/#wxp)
it is quick and has yet to fail me!!

A few options...
Try these links for info or boot disk images. After you download an image then just use nero's "Create Boot Disk" selection and choose the *.img you just d/l'd and you should be good to go.
