Seagate Hornet 28000A

I recently bought this on E Bay. I didn't get a manual or drivers. Does anyone know what driver I need for W 98?

Will the W 98 back up software work for this drive?

I want to restore some QIC 3020 tapes from a dead machine. Can I do this with the W 98 software they were made with?
