Goes anybody know how much voltage I can push trough these? I'm currently @ 2.8V but I would like to go as high as 3.0V but I don't know if they will fry...

Depends what chips on on it.
If it's hynix alot of people have used 3.2v on it with air cooling.
The memory is not likley to fail from using higher votages immediatly.

Some people have noticed with hynix if your memory will run say 180 with 2.8v then you run it at 3.2v for month then try to run it again at 180 with 2.8v it will no longer work but will require a higher voltage.

You should be ok but there is always a risk if if it is small as with anything when you run it beyond specifications.
