I think this is a good score but i dont have any comparisons for it. Could anyone comment or either post/write there scores?

This is Micron PC2100 256mb x 3

mem bench

I was getting 2207/2143 or something close to that with OCZ @ 150 FSB. I considered that low.

My imitation Samsung scores even lower, but not quite as low as your score. Is that OC'd or at default?

Have rma'd the OCZ stick- it was 100% dead. And when the replacement comes, I'll RMA my 3rd party Samsung- very disappointed with it and it seems to be getting worse each day.

Both are PC2700, and neither came close to the specified speed.

Mines at 2101/1982. It's PC2100 generic @ 164/328. Is that any good? It say's 80% efficency also, can that be improved? If I boosted the efficency by 10% it would be like 2311/2180...

The score with my 512 corsair pc3000 is 2415/2222. This is with normal timings. I'm running at 176/352. I'll update with fast timings in awhile.

Edit: At 179/358 I got 2448/2269.

And at 183/366 I got 2501/2310

More updates as i go higher.:D

This was the mem score I would get on my old system. It's the one Ottoman has in his sig. Crucial PC2100 w/FSB at 153/306.

Nice scores, but i forgot to mention, this is at 133Mhz, 266DDR, cas 2. :) Im gonna post some overclock results. But judging from your scores, overclocked, i see that mine arent so bad at all.

scores

Now that is much better!

I still won't be happy until I can hit 160 FSB and at least 2300/2150 or so.

I would of liked to hit 166Mhz but these chips are Micron, not Crucial, i know Crucial is a division of Micron but they are not the same quality of chips. Right now it wont do 155Mhz at cas2 :( Although im still happy with the way my system performs, im gonna upgrade to Corsair memory shortly :)

I thought it would be a littler higher, I'm getting around 2650/2400 with mine..

See if you have everything in the BIOS to make your ram go fast enabled (Turbo Settings, CAS2-2-2 1cmd rate etc)

Why did you underclock the ram. Pc3000 runs at 184mhz stock. I have Corsair xms3000 that can hit 213mhz (426!) and scores over 3000 using Sandra 2002 pro.

I'm still pushing the fsb uo but until then I can't run it faster.

Here is my results:

here is my ocz maxing out at 194. This thing is a real POS. It's supposed to be PC-3000 but it wont do anything over 166 stable and it wont even do 166 with cas 2.
