Yes - it should be, I have yet to see a scsi card that wasn't. If you have an IDE hd it will boot first. Some bios settings for boot order do include scsi as a setting, so you might be able to set it to boot first. The drive scsi id should be set to scsi 0.

Yea, but you're going to have to load the 3rd party drivers when prompted if windows doesn't have a generic driver for it.

Cards without an onboard bios are not bootable, but this one probably is after all. Thanks for the SCSI ID tip though.
