Both from googlegear:

128 mb
Samsung Original RAMBUS 128MB 800MHz 4-Device Memory

or
256 mb
Samsung Original Rambus 256MB 800MHz 16-Device Memory

I dont really need 256...but i think 16 device is better than 4...otherwise is there any samsung rdram 128 mb whit more device??

I want to have the more chance as possible to get 1066

thanks a lot

But, is there any samsung 128 mb which are good too? (whit more than 4 devices?) if so can you post the P/N

yup , i'm talking about 2x 128... I need to know which one are the best..

and if there a big diff between 256 and 512 mb? (in win xp pro)

Yes, get 512mb with XP pro.
It uses a vastly different caching scheme than the Win9X series.
Make a significant difference over 256mb.

IMHO, don't think of using ANYTHING less than 384MB of RAM with Windows XP. It sucks up anywhere from 75-175MB of RAM immediately from boot, with nothing installed, which can REALLY hurt if you go with too little.

Agreed, with 256MB of RAM Windows XP is damn slow even if you have the fastest processor in the world. Go for 512.
