It depends on several factors. What kind of motherboard do you have? If it can run at 333mhz FSB then I'd go with the Kingston 2700. If it only runs at 266mhzFSB then go with Crucial. If you going to overclock then go with Kingston.
Get the kingston. The pc2700 will get you farther then the micron. In my city the kingston is only $10 more too. Now if it was micron pc2700, that would be a different story.
Well, both sticks of my crucial PC2100 reach more than 200 MHz with moderate timings. Sure they need 2.9 volts, but anyway ... good cooling is half the price .....
