cant seem to get past 2.3

i got a 1.6a northwood and water cooling using a koolance case cant seem to get past this 2.3 limit when i switch pc on it beeps at me and i have to reset bios to get to boot any ideas

oh its a 4bda+ mobo epox

Sounds like your memory is set too high and can not take it. Try running it w/ the 1:1 divider to test this. If you want to use the 3:4 divider you'll need at least very good PC2700 memory but perferrably PC3000 or PC3200.

I think it wants more voltage.
