Error Message...the hell?

Well, after the AMD failure.. got me a northwood

3/27 pack date.. not sure if good or not

ASUS p4s533
1.6a
512 (2x256) samsung 2700
ti 4600

Now I have a question...

it actually booted and found my drives and stuff (farther than I got last time)

It gives me:
Hardware monitor found an error. Enter power setup menu for details.

Mind you this was after the first reboot. Windows made me Restart after checking system and then I got the error

So I go to power setup and basically all other things, and I do not see what is wrong with it, I loaded Defaults, changed every option, cleared CMOS again and again, things just aren't happening....

Is there something I missed or will newegg get another RMA from me?

What's the CPU fan speed you got in BIOS? Any fan or temperature below threshold?

same sh!t was happening to me, I unplugged the power supply fan wire from the mobo and it stopped.
