what chips do spektek ram use?

ive got 256 megs of spektek ddr and the chips dont haver any markings ive got it running at 166 fsb with cas 2 1t command rate and 4 way interleaving it wont run stable even at 133 if i change the tras or trcd though anyone know?

thats not exactly what i had in mind bc that how i found out the module was from spektek im trying to find out who makes the dram chips on the module

With no markings on the chips and just the name spektek not much can be done.
I'll see what I can find.

Have you tried setting the T1 option to T2 in the bios?

Looks like micron.

You can figure out what you want I think.

i appreciate your help i bought the stick as a generic and was wondering why im able to run it so hard before it fails. at the moment its at 183 with cas 2 4 way interleaving and 1 t command rate oddly it doesnt seem to go any higher even if i back the settings down to "by spd"

what chips do spektek ram use?
