bios and wcpuid don't agree

I have an 4BDa2+ mobo, and I was experimenting with some overclocking. I was trying to get the system to go over the 140fsb and it wouldn't boot at all. I thought I had turned off the power when I went to reset the bios, unfortunatly it was not. Now when the system boots up the bios shows the the correct fsb but when I go into my operating systems ((98SE-games only) and XP) wcpuid shows it beng have of the overclock. I have an 1.6A Northwood.

Try clearing the cmos.
