P4T-e really weird boot problem

This is getting frustrating. I have a p4t-e w a 2.0. When I run it and then shut down it won't start back up. It just gives me beeps of various tones. If I shutoff the main power switch on the PS or unplug it It will startup normal. I have switched all main parts (CPU, Mem, cards) including the PS and they all work fine in my other p4t-e system.

Did you try flashing the Bios? Sometimes this will help.

Is your machine OC'd? There was a problem with auto detect of voltage. Try jumpering the proper voltage...

Yes I updated to the latest bios. No it's not OC'd, I wanted to get it working correctly first, and I didn't try adjusting voltage. I'll give it a try. Thanks
