Which stick gets accesed first?

I have three sticks of 128. Which ones get used first?

Would I want my better brand RAM to be used at the end, because thats where the programs are pulling the most needed info from, or at the front?

I am also getting some lock ups from overclocking with this ram, so if that matters at all.
