Is GA-8IRXP a good motherboard for me?

I need your help.

I know there are some good review on GA-8IRXP, but I could see some negative review also.
I am going to buy P4 1.6A, and wanna overclock above 2.0 with 2400 DDR.
In this case, is GA-8IRXP good for me?
Please, give me some tips.

If you are looking at the Gigabyte 8IRXP, why not take a look at the new GA-8IEXP? It's a more up to date solid board and people are getting some great results from it.
