well im acually getting 3 dimms of 256 pc 2600 my question is how much slower is 2600 comapred to 2700 .. 2700 isnt working well for me.. and would 3 dimms instead of 1 big dimm be a big differnce? o and how u oc ram?

When overclocking your PC, the less DIMM's the better. Your RAM speed is depentant of your FSB speed, when upping the FSB your effective overclocking the RAM too.

For O/C'ing 1 stick of ram is better.

1x 256 > 1x 512 > 2x 256.

That is dependent on the same exact type of Ram and settings.

Ice_Gargoylle is correct about CAS2. When you find 512 CAS2 you will pay a greater price over the CAS2.5. As an avid gammer the price is well worth it for the CAS2.
