Which P-4 Xeon board to choose?

I have considered buying a dual Pentium 4 Xeon motherboard, because the price difference between a "normal" P-4 and a Xeon isn't that much, and it's cheaper, considering the performace, than buying a dual P-!!!. The problem is that i want a AGP slot and DDR RAM, and i have not been able to find that combo. All the AGP boards i have found has RD RAM, and that's to expensive. And all the DDR boards i have found only has 64 bit PCI slots, which is nice, but it doesn't give me anywhere to put my G450. So, any ideas?

The one in the picture looks like it has a agp slot.
